The career development process allows students to take advantage of extra opportunities, as well as explore various areas of their discipline. With JMT, you’ll get the most out of your internship while engaging in hands-on learning and finding your best fit.
As a JMT intern, you’ll have resources throughout the entire company, not just in your discipline. The career development process can offer skill development and professional growth across multiple disciplines and roles. The process is tailored to what you want out of your career, and JMT will help to encourage that growth by offering internal programs, training, and tuition reimbursement.
Our mutli-disciplinary rotational program also offers students the opportunity to explore different areas of interest to best identify your strengths. In the program, you’ll gain valuable insights into each field, and be fully supported through the process of refining your career goals.
